I confirm that I am sole, unencumbered owner of the above boat, have the power to dispose of the boat, and can give clear title to any purchaser.
I (am / am not) selling in the course of business.  I have detailed above any finance outstanding on the boat.   V.A.T. (does / does not) apply.

I agree that all monies due from the purchaser shall be paid directly to Blue Water Marina Ltd. (and cleared if paid by cheque) prior to the purchaser taking possession
of the boat.  The net purchase price, after deduction of commission and current rate of V.A.T. shall be paid to me by Blue Water Marina Ltd. cheque.

I understand and agree the commission and payment terms specified herein, and accept that in no circumstances will they be varied after a sale has been arranged by Blue Water Marina Ltd.

I agree to notify you of any change in the asking price or location of the boat, and undertake not to advertise the boat at a lower price elsewhere.  I undertake to notify you immediately if the boat is withdrawn from sale, or sold elsewhere and - in the latter case - advise the full name and address of the purchaser.

Commission is payable to Blue Water Marina Ltd. on any sale during the period of this agreement to a purchaser introduced by them, or with whom they had negotiations during that period.

I confirm that the above boat is insured and will remain so until its sale is completed.
I accept that I am responsible for cleaning, maintaining, winterizing, checking of bilges & canopies, and security of the boat until sold.
While all care will be taken, mooring at Blue Water Marina is entirely at my risk, and may be terminated at any time on 14 days written notice.

I understand that all boats moored at Blue Water Marina are required to have fenders, mooring lines, door locks, batteries, bilge pump in good working condition, ample supply of diesel and that any shortcomings may be rectified by Blue Water Marina Ltd. at my cost.

I / We declare that, to the best of my / our knowledge and belief that the particulars herein and otherwise supplied by me / us verbally or in writing are correct, and I have detailed any known defects of the boat in the comments section below.
I have the power to dispose of this boat with the concurrence of any joint owner or hire purchase company or mortgager.

I / We agree to indemnify Blue Water Marina Ltd. should any of the information given prove to be incorrect and lead to any claim being proven by a purchaser.

I / We agree that this instruction is binding from the date of submission of this form, and shall continue in effect thereafter until either party ends it.

I agree to pay Blue Water Marina Ltd the sum of £50.00 + V.A.T. should the
boat be withdrawn from sale within 3 months of the date below.
